Covid-19 Information

(a) We require a non-refundable deposit in order to book diving services, provide transport and to secure your place. In the event of a no show this deposit is forfeited. If you notify us more than 24 hours before the transport is due to collect you, it may be possible to reschedule your diving / transport. Please ensure you bring a spare change of dry clothes to change into as it is not possible for us to provide transport to clients wearing wet swimwear.

(b) We allow clients the option to stop after the first confined water session of the PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water Diver course. At this point the charge will be that of PADI Discover Scuba Diver. After this point the full course fee is due and the next minimum charge is the PADI Scuba Diver fee and PADI Open Water Diver manual or crew pack. If you decide to stop beyond the PADI Scuba Diver course, the full PADI Open Water Diver fee is charged plus PADI Open Water Diver manual or crew pack.

(c) We allow clients the option to stop before the last open water session of the PADI Adventure Diver course. At this point the charge will be that of the PADI Adventure Diver Course and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver manual or crew pack. If the client decides to stop after the fourth open water session this will be deemed the client began the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course and at this point the full course fee of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course fee and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver manual or crew pack is due.

(d) Discover Scuba sessions are not refundable if you change your mind once the session has started.

(e) Once you depart for a days diving, you will be charged for the days diving even if you decide not to dive after all. There is a minimum charge of two dives, unless yourself and Neptunes Diving Malta have agreed you are only participating in one dive, and both dives will be charged for if you opt to miss one or both.

(f) Special rates apply for groups and in the event of any group members opting to miss one or more dives, no refund will be applicable.

(g) You are responsible for all diving equipment loaned to you and all breakages / losses are chargeable.

(h) Certified divers need to present their qualification card or we must be able to locate them on an online database. If no proof can be provided of your qualification, we can only offer a beginners programme.

(i) All divers need to complete a medical screening questionnaire. If you answer Yes to any medical condition you must provide us with a copy of a doctor’s statement, confirming that you are “fit to dive”.

(j) Any course to be booked will require a minimum non-refundable € 90.00 deposit per person

(k) Guided Diving requires a non-refundable € 50.00 deposit per person.

(l) Guided Snorkeling requires a non-refundable € 10.00 deposit per person.

(m) Any course fee and manual must be paid for at the begining of the course, see section (b) for any refunds.

(n) Please do remember there may be other divers on the day you have booked your diving, if you feel that you may be late for your booking, we are only a text away from letting us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the transport will have left without you and you will still be charged for the days diving. Mobile number is in the footer section below.

(o) Diving is to be paid for in advance on the day and only refunded for that day if cancelled by Neptunes Diving Malta.

(p) Neptunes Diving Malta cannot be held responsible for third party excursion tours.
